Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Baronet - Images

The image I had up here was freely available in low resolution on the web, but I clicked this link to register the use:
<tate-images dot com>
They wanted $200 for it, I took it down, but, I feel that it may be for there hi res version only.
Confused about images, if some people take advantage to make money and scare people.
Most I use are public domain, and I will replace the image when I find one.
