I've added a bunch to the project images gallery, feel free to tag profiles with those images.
From the project page, go to "photos and documents", select the image, & below it, you'll see "in this photo." if you press [edit] the "tag" box opens up, just like in Geni mail. Type in the profile name until it auto completes. Tip: visit the profile 1st so it's in Geni's short term memory. You can use "search more" also.
Enjoy!

Michael of course - add town icons to profiles, that's why I uploaded -- to be used!
Not sure LOL cat should go on Colonial American profiles though, a bit ahistorical :)
I've now added close to 90 Colonial American town seals (mostly from Wikipedia).
They are available for anyone to use for any profile they seem appropriate. The "primary" image on a profile can always be reset, so there's never a "mistake" to add a town icon!
Hope this method shows how easy it is to tag a profile with one of these images:
1) go to http://www.geni.com/projects/Chase-Lane-Rundlett-Huntoon-and-surrou...
Or you can navigate there from Projects > Chase, Lane (etc) > Photos and documents > View all (hyperlink in upper right corner)
2) select the image desired and click on it.
3) As example: http://www.geni.com/photo/view?album_type=project&photo_id=6000...
That's the Concord MA town seal
4) under the image, you will see
In This Photo:
Nathaniel Billings, of Concord, Jane Billings (Goodenow), Thanks Reade (Dill), Thankful Dill (Shepard) [edit]
5) press [edit]. This opens up a box where you can type in a profile name (hint: visit it 1st to put in Geni's short term memory)
6) The DONE button saves it and adds to the list. Press the profile name to return to that profile - and admire your handiwork. :)
