Does anyone know what year did Rene Pelchat leave Basse-Normandie for Quebec?

Nevermind, found in in the pelchat Family book "Il etait une fois, les Pelchats" par Jean-Robert Pelchat. c2012:

Rene Pelchat and his cousin Francois Pelchat arrived in 1752 in Gaspé where they were fishermen. It fell to the English so they left for St. Vallier in 1757.
