Parents unproven - perhaps Thomas Park of Isle of Ely. FAG record provides no citations - not good enough for English ancestry. I am reverting to what I had when made MP, additional proof requested for changes.

Here's another one, Erica Howton. Why is Richard Parke of Cambridge Village associated with Sir Robert Parke II when there is no source to connect them? One of the sources (wikitree) actually says "This profile previously gave Richard Parke of Cambridge[8] as a son Robert and Martha Parke. This is incorrect. Robert Parke did not have a son Richard and there is no connection between the two families. The parents and origins of Richard Parke remain unknown."

What is the case for Richard's continuing to be connected with Sir Robert?

I last looked at this before we had the ability to lock relationships to prevent parents / spouses from being added without curator intervention, which should include adequate source data (ie., not an online tree without citations).

Richard Park has had parents removed and relationships locked.

Great! A sidebar on the wikitree page I cited in the "Overview" page, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Parke-12 offers a source for Richard's father being Henry Parke, a London Merchant.

Meanwhile, a "Richard, Jr." Richard Parks has been connected as a son to this Richard, although there is no evidence for it and, in fact DNA now seems to rule it out. See my entry on the overview page for Richard, Jr. (I attempted to enter this on the discussion page last night, but either the geni site or my network connection (or both) were being wonky and I could not do it.

And P. S. Where does putative "daughter" Sarah from second marriage come from? Not mentioned in Richard's will, no sources given.
