My subscription was paid for "Pro". I am still listed under basic. This has been many months ago and repeated attempts have been ignored. What can I do?
If you merge your own Profile with another version of your Profile - it seems often the merged Profile loses its Premium Membership. If that happens, contact Geni about that at subscriptions@geni.com , as it says in Help Topic linked to above.
