He place one equally and after doing mergue
And then clears mine
Is very easy

Do you mean after the merge, he removes you as a Manager?

And if so -- Are those profiles within his Max Extended Family (4th Cousin or Closer, 3rd GreatGrandparent or closer) and not within your Max Extended Family?
