I just discovered there are two Milo Lees and I have been following the wrong one. So I have been correcting his line and I have been mostly successful but the only problem I am having is deleting the siblings that are wrong. Fanny, Barnes, Charity, Cynthia, Hiram, Hosea, Henry and Willard are not his siblings.

My Milo Lee was born on July 14, 1807 in Westfield, MA and he passed away on February 1, 1872, he only had one brother, Daniel Lee and he was born in 1801. And his Parents were Samuel & Rachel (Shepard) Lee.

So if there is anyway I can delete these siblings I will be most grateful.

Actually we dont want to "delete" anything - we want to "disconnect & move"

1) please make the profiles you're concerned with PUBLIC. You can do that easiest, perhaps, from this link:

2) Do you know who the other OTHER Milo Lee is by chance?

The other Milo Lee I had was born in New Milford, New York. How I learned I had the wrong one was when I found the Hale Cemetery Inscription Document and I saw that the dates were different and then when I saw my 3rd Great Grandmother Ursula and their little son, Sherman I knew this one was the right one and not the one I was originally following.

I attached the Document to Milo's file.

Also, I made the profiles that I want disconnected public.

It's exciting when research leads to better accuracy. Congratulations! I will have a little work to move families for you & will post back when done.

OK that was a little more work to get the "other" Milo's family entered on Geni, but I certainly didn't want to lose your excellent research and clean profiles.

What I did (technically - for those interested) was temporarily "marry" Jerusha Lee to Samuel Lee. That gave me a drop down tab on the children where I could select different parents. I moved over Milo's extra siblings & when done, disconnected Jerusha from Samuel.

Please double check that your tree is OK now.
