Anishnaabe and Metis were baptized and married through itinerant priests to Manitoulin.
Are there extant records of these events that occured Wikwemikong Mission?
Are they in Toronto? Or do they reside with the church?

Thank you Judy,

I found this write up on Saint-François-Xavier aka Caughnawaga Mission aka Mission of St. Francis Xavier on the Répertoire Canadien des lieux patrimoniaux (RCLP) website.

This Quebec link to Algoma is a GREAT lead.
Thank you.
Pablo
