Might it be possible to add a feature to Geni so that when you are adding a profile that you know already exists? There have been many instances where I am building a new tree and I get to a point that I am duplicating profiles. I enter the new profile(s) knowing that this profile already exist. Eventually, the blue plus sign shows up indicating a match. I complete this with the merge procedure. In this instance, might it be easier to have a "search for existing profile" option when adding a new profile? This would eliminate having to enter all the data on this person in order to trigger the match process. Thank you for your consideration.
