Dear Family & Friends,
We are hosting our 2013 Annual Family Gathering in Chicago, Illinois. Please mark your calendars for July 27, 2013. This gathering is celebrating the descendants of Alice Bradley / Great-Grandmother, Annie and Eunice Tobias / Grand-parents.
On Saturday July 27, 2013 we will have a Family Gathering at the Lynwood Lake Marina @ 198th Lake Lynwood in Lansing Illinois. All family members (let it be cousins, 2nd cousins, 3rd cousins, etc.) all are encouraged to come see family members you probably have not seen in a while or to meet new family members. I know we all live our busy lives, but this will be the time to SOCIALIZE. This will be an exciting event! You do not want to miss it!
There will be many games, lots of fun, and believe me lots of food! This will be an outdoor event, so bring lawn chairs, blankets, or anything to help you enjoy an outing setting.
We will be taking a Group Family portrait on this day and one group family portrait per family.
In this packet, you will find important information about the family reunion, and registration forms, which includes a payment plan option.
Please pass along this information to any family member that we may have missed due to not having everyone’s contact information.

Family Gathering cost:
• Adults/Teens/Youth (Ages 11 & up): $25.00 per person
• Children (Ages 4 thru 10): $15.00 per person
• Kids 3 & under free : $7.00 for t-shirt per child
 Costs include picnic, t-shirt, entertainment and facility costs.
 ONLY PAID PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENJOY THE MEAL and ACTIVITIES. You are welcome to invite guests as long as they register and pay the appropriate fee.
 Deadline to pay Family Gathering Fees is:
General Registration deadline: June 29, 2013
Late Registration deadline: July 6, 2013 (please add an additional
$10.00 per person late registration fee)

Please make money orders or cashier’s check payable to “Marie Robinson”. Please do not send cash. No checks accepted.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY PAYMENTS MADE.
Please feel free to make as many copies of the registration forms as necessary.

The 2013 Family Gathering Committee understands that families need a flexible, convenient payment option that will allow them to make payments towards this year's family reunion, and which will allow them to enjoy all the festivities without the worry of costs. Therefore, rather than make a large, single payment, the 2013 Family Gathering payment plan is allowing families to spread the cost over time.
Deadline date is June 29, 2013. Late Registration due date is July 6, 2013 with a $10.00 per person additional penalty. And of course, there is no penalty for paying early!
Simply fill out the Payment Plan Form below and don’t forget to include your first weekly/bi-weekly payment with this form. Also, please make sure that you send in a completed registration form which includes every adult and child attending in your family.
