I found a bit more info in their divorce papers.. He lived in 1930 on a farm Oranjevlei in Phillipolis district.. father Prin Albert, Mother Aletta Johanna Nel

i have 9 males with name so i went with aletta nel and this is what i got ref b3c1d4e6f1g1h9 jacobus albertus born wilgebosch laingsburg 1899/06/04 married in johannesburg 1950/05/15 to magdalena catharina botha he passed away 1962/04/02 in pretoria

he was a travelling salesman

and they were 10 children

He had no children with Magdalena but married when he was 50. I am absolutely positive that this is my grandfather who married in late 1920's. I said born in 1905 only because that was the birth date of my gran so had to be about that time.. He had 3 children with my gran Glori Gertrude Sassin and they had a terrible divorce and I don't think he had much to do with his children after 1935... my gran would have made it difficult but he had 3 daughters Laura, Gloria and Vivienne Sadie my mother!!! The 10 children are you saying were his brothers and sisters!!!

This is the farm Oranjevlei where he lived with his mother early 1930,s mentioned in the divorce papers.. If he has 10 uncles and aunts.. would love these connections... My Aunt Laura is over 80 today and would love to know she has maybe some cousins alive older than 70
