Lady Alice Clifford Howard or Howe Warriner

Does anyone out there have anything on this elusive "Alice" born abt 1551- died 1616.

I have seen the Warriner Family history about how a Lady Alice who was the daughter of a high Admiral Howard eloped with a William Warriner but I can't find anything that says Charles or Thomas Howard had a daughter Alice. There is also contridictory sites that show either man as her father. I just want to know if she is really related to the Howard family and if indeed she married William Warriner I.

I am a rookie on the geneology thing and just trying to be as accurate as I can and if anyone has anything at all showing the father of her I would really appreciate it.
