We've been through the Choctaw and Cherokee rolls and there isn't any record of a Clarkie (or Clarky) Ann Tullos.

None of the Tullos's in this line, nor is there any documentation to prove them to be of Native American descent, they are purely Scottish.

There are multiple genealogies being sown together and it's not correct.

The reason 'why' this rumor was started, was to prevent any descendants from, being able to lay claim on Noble and Royal Titles in England.

This is also verified by the fact that 'Thankful Mills' and her line, her ancestry and descendants have genetically proven to NOT be of Native American descent.

There are two different 'Thankful Mills' living about the same time. One was a Native American, who was married to 'Joseph Wells' and sister of 'Billy Mills'.

The 'Thankful Mills' whom was married to 'Temple Tullos Sr.' was NOT Native American.

If she was truly the daughter of 'James MILLS' and 'Rebecca HICKS',

Then the DNA testing has been done on the branch of that line, DNA Kit #40067 haplo group R1b1b2 category 150 on the MILLS DNA Project web site, www.familytreedna.com under MILLS.

If the Tullos's were of Native American descent it would have shown up, genetically through the children of Thankful Mills which has been proven a false assumption.

Honestly, if Clarkie Ann Thornton were the daughter of a Cherokee Chief (Willoughby), it was purely 'Honorary', if anything at all but, certainly, not genetic.

Besides, Temple Tullos Jr and Sarah Boone are the parents of Clarkie Ann Thornton (Tullos), not Willoughby and Anna Tullos.

Oh, not to mention, there is no such thing as an 'Cherokee Princess'... Been to the reservation, asked and they just laughed.
