How do you correct wrong information? I can't see any clear directions on how to do it. For example, it has me married to the same person twice, my daughter is from one union and my three sons from the other - plus I have been listed as my own half-sister, etc. It should be easier to edit these errors, but they keep piling up.

Hi Ellen

have you tried merging your husband's duplicated profiles?

Are either of his Profiles a Claimed Profile? If not, then definitely go ahead and merge the two profiles for your husband.

See sections 2) and 3) in the Help Section below for two ways to merge his two profiles.

If one of your husband's profiles is claimed, be warned there seem to sometimes be problems with merges involving claimed profiles. Possibly you will want to go another route. If that is the case, willing to give further suggestions after asking for further information. Others may be able to assure there will be no problem even if one (both??) are claimed profiles.

Another piece of info that may be helpful in a few limited situations -- In Tree View, clicking the little "x" in upper right corner, where it appears, will delete the Profile - but do that very infrequently, and only for profiles you manage or where you have talked to the manager first, and both agree.

thanks for the additional info; Lois

since non of the duplicates are claimed that's why I've asked if Ellen tried merging them

I will give it a try today or tomorrow.
