You are asked to type in the words shown to prevent some 'machine script' from maliciously closing accounts.

You need to type those 'pseudo words' with the Proper Case. If you have trouble figuring out the 'words', click the option to get a different pair of words.

Try it again ... leave yours 'alive' so that you can terminate the account.

The "security code you entered was invalid" keeps displaying.
I have made several attempts at this making sure of case sensitivity.

Can I contact someone at Geni to help with this?

I'm suspicious that the issue is the current performance (response timeouts) that is currently affect much of Geni's operations at the moment.
