Gilbert Livingston Morse - Mary Olive Morse (1864-1945)

I am doing research on Mary Olive Morse. I understand that she is a descendant of Samuel Morse. Is it possible that she is Gilbert Livingstone Morse daughter and she is the "M" with no information on the tree? She was born July 28th 1864 in Waldoboro, Maine and died without descendant in Argentina in 1945.
I am researching the education system in Mendoza, Argentina and she was a prestigious principal in the Teacher Training College there.
