Does anyone know the REAL parentage and proper chronological lines? Abraham Covalt Colt? "II" "III" "Jr." and Bethuel? (What is this about "Colt" as well, is this documented?)

There was a discussion running and I had attempted to straighten out, some of the confusion... but that thread has apparently, been "turned off".
Has anyone figured it out, yet, for certain?

Capt. Abraham Covalt, b. 1742 in Great Egg Harbor, NJ, d. 1791 at Covalt Station, Ohio - scalped by Shawnee.

His father was Abraham Coult, b. 1714 in Glastonbury, Hartford, CT, d. 1790, Green Co, PA . Capt. Abraham's mother was Elizabeth Gustin, 1714 - 1788. All of his sons used the name Covalt.

Abraham Coult's father was Abraham Colt (Coult), b. 1692 in Glastonbury, Hartford, CT, d. 1717. Wife - Susamma Risley. They had only 3 children, Abraham, Mary, and Isaac.

His father was Abraham Skinner Colt, b. 1662, Glastonbury, Hartford, CT, d. 1734 same place. His wife was Hannah Loomis.

Abraham Skinner Colt's father was John Colt, who came to Hartford as a boy with Rev. Thomas Hooker. He was 11 at the time and was born in England. It's possible that he came with Joseph and Anne Mygatt, who came with Hooker, and to whom he was apprenticed. He married Ann Skinner, then Hester Edwards. Ann Skinner was evidently the mother of Abraham Skinner Colt. There is a dispute over whether he married a 3rd time, and some sources say he lived to be 105, while others that he died in 1713. He would have been born in 1625 if he was 11 when Hooker and his followers came to Hartford.

Bethuel was a brother of Abraham - there were several Bethuels, as there were Abrahams, making it all very confusing.
