The current death date is 1470 for William Hatch ; however, there are children listed for after he (and his wife) died (> 1470).

There is a daughter Unknown Profile b. 1455, which is reasonable; however, there is another 'match' to this William which has daughter Editha (Elizabeth) Prideaux b. 1470 d. 1562 -- which, if her death date is close, means she would not likely have been born 15 years earlier as that would make her 117 at death.

Seem like there may be a missing William Hatch son of William Hatch (1420-1470)? That would take care of those other 1470+ children, too.

Any documents? (I've not researched yet ... just noting the problem.)

Dan,
I thought Elizabeth Prideaux was my 10th great grandmother, however, I am no longer sure how I am related to her as there was some discrepancy with someone else -- Katherine Drake -- I had to remove her last name & thru her the connection from her to E Prideaux. GENi now says that Elizabeth is my 4th cousins 11x's removed. Needless to say I don't have everyone into my system that would connect me to her. All of my info has come from GENi, so the Hatch connection is also a mystery to me. This is a branch that I have not researched at all. I have quite a few other branches that I am working on (a "little" closer to me) that I do have info on, so it will be a while before I get to the Hatch branch--not even sure how to get to them from me at the moment.

You do bring up some interesting points. Good luck if/when you do work on this group of people.

Elizabeth/Edith Hatch could not be the daughter of William and Margaret since William Hatch had died by 1470, making Elizabeth/Edith born 20 years after her father died.

The About has more information now; it's as bit hard to decipher, but I think I've pulled some updated details. I have not checked (verified) the children (yet), though.
