Searching for Mary Thear who was born in 1678 in Ireland and married Thomas Skaggs born in 1674 in Ireland. Would like to know Mary Thear's parents and where she died and when.

I have a copy of the document where a John and a Richard Skaggs leased land from Mary Thear. Unless leasing land is a marriage certificate or a birth certificate---then Mary Thear does not fit into this family. I have also researched the Thear family. You can order on film a complete history of the Thear family from Agall. The Skaggs family is not listed with this family. In my research I have never found the Thear family in any land transactions, marriages and etc. listed. Ida at the top of Texas

My husband's Great grand father was Richard Wade Skaggs, born 1824. He lived in and around the Larue Co., Green Co., Taylor Co., Kentucky. Could this be the Richard Skaggs.

Hi girl: I find you every where. I will try to send the document to you in the next few days. I talked to Billie and she didn't have anything. Ida at the top of Texas
More discussion here - it gets very, very complicated: http://boards.ancestrylibrary.com/thread.aspx?mv=flat&m=1433&am...
What I'd like to know is, who linked the Thear family (if it exists) to White of Somerset, and can they prove it?
