Marion Hamilton,s ancestry

I'm sorry, I don't know about Marion Hamilton. My father's side of his family Hamilton. His name is Doug Winstone Hamilton. My grandfather is Mervyn Thomas Hamilton. Or other relative is Ann Hamilton was her ex husband is John Hamilton. Do you know these or not? I will keep search my ancestors of Hamilton later.

Hi Vikki. Thanks for your reply. I don't know any of the Hamilton family as it was my Great Granmothers maiden name. As the story goes my Great Granfather Anders Wifried Osterberg stoled away on a ship from Sweden to Scotland and married Marion against her fathers wishes. I believe she came from a well off family and was cast out of the family
Marion Hamilton was born 1865 and died in 1939. I'm not sure but I think her father was James Dunlop Hamilton and Mother was Elizabeth Campbell.??? Any info would be great. Thanks again
