Merging duplicates

I noticed before and it happened again just now that when 2 siblings are connected, one with a father (or mother) only, the other with both parents (incl. the father/mother of the other sibling), and after the parents are merged, Geni is always asking to assign parents.
Obviously I always choose the complete set of parents. But what do I see afterwards? The other set was chosen...

If you don't make any adjustments in the merge wizard window just click the "assign parents" link to the bottom left to continue on the merge chain.

There might be some shadow profiles that will be cleaned up when doing that.

that's what i mean, i clicked the 'assign parents' link. but still...
