Mendel Wehle - Who was Ephraim and Hersh Wehle father

In Judaica Bohemiae -vol 42 - pag 120 someone says that Hersh and Ephraim Wehle´s father was not Mendel Wehle (as Theodore Wehle said), (sic)"but Aaron Beer Meir Wehle (d.1741) who moved to Prague from the southern Bohemian town of Volyne (Wollin, Wehle), where his father, the leader of the Bohemian Jewry, Meir Hersch Horschowitz me-Wehle (d. 17 March 1729) is buried"

Any idea if this can be right ?
