Sir John Moores, CBE - Moore Family of Eccles

Hi no idea if it is a long shot but wondered it John Moore was related to the Moore Family that lived at 16 Monton Rd, Eccles back in the 1800s. My Grandmother was Ivy Moore born in 1908. Her father was Philip Moore he was a platerer. Ivys brother was Ernest Moore. i think his wife was Margaret Goddard.. I believe he was Mayor of Eccles or Barton at some point. She had a sister Henrietta born 896. She married Benjamin Saughter. Philips wife was possible Lilian. Could just be random but not harm in asking. Thanks xxx
