Behars from Argentina

I am looking for long lost cousins. They would be the children of my grandmother's brother (whose name is Elias Behar). One of the daughters was Aide Behar. The family originated in Turkey, then to Cuba and then to Argentina - but contact was lost. Aide may be married and thus may have a new last name. Any leads would be appreciated.

I will check with my brother-in-law who grew up in Cordoba, Argentina as to whether he knows of a Behar family. But the best thing to do is to contact older members of the community that they would have been part of. Are they Sephardim from Turkey? At least 30, 50, 60 years ago, there would have been only a few Sephardic communities in Argentina in the two largest cities.
