From all the family word of mouth that I have heard Coty My GG Grandfather John,Jim Otis brother is Tuscarora.I also found several families of Jacobs in Salamanca New York in my travels up thru there. They probably were took in as refugees after the Tusc wars in my opinion and they were all definitely native peoples. I will research further back and talk to some of my elders and see what they say.

WE need to figure this out

What you guys need to do is keep building out your lines one generation at a time and put in as much info about each one as you can. The way Geni works, it will all come together but you have to be deliberate and careful that they are not already in the tree and they must be public if they are dead.

Not weird, just not on Geni. That is what we are trying to do so others will know about them.
