family tree

At top of screen, across from big word "Geni" is Home, then "Tree" -- click on "Tree". If this is not what you are looking for, or it doesn't work, elaborate.
(do not understand "unable to file" - so may have misunderstood request)

wrongly typed sorry...yes i click on "Tree" nothing appears...blank unable to view my hard work inserting all the photos and details.. earliers days i tried to print part by part also unable, so i left it alone but carrying on inserting photos - i was very happy for the past more than 2 years getting things together from all long lost relations.. please help and thank you in advance..

It is set up to handle Technical Difficulties and is monitored apparently by Mike Stangel, who is great. It sounds like a definite bug which he can address (or a browser problem or something else which he will be able to tell which questions to ask to discover the problem) -- way beyond my expertise.

Can anybody kindly shed info as to who started this Family Tree? Many thanks
