Nedenfor er kopiert slutten av en dialog jeg hatt med GENI siden en stund før jul.
Jobben ble automatisk avbrutt mens en melding lik dette sto på skjermen: "Communicating with geni servers"
Har "alle" tilsvarende problem? (Svaret tyder på at feilen ikke kan være min)
Har noen erfaring med hvor lang tid slikt noe kan ta?

I apologize for any inconvenience, but currently there is no update in regards to when the issue of the family tree chart poster will be fixed. It is still in process to have looked into further as this issue is happening to other users as well.

Har hørt om problemer der, men sist jeg testet fungerte det fint.

Jeg var gjort det vellykket mange ganger, siste gang det fungerte, var 15/12. Har prøvd utallige ganger siden, utvekslet noen ord med HELP, men altså intet mere. Når var siste gang for deg? Jeg fikk laget noen fine julegaver til de yngste, men så var det stopp!

Testet nettopp og det fungerte fint.
Sjekk alle involverte profiler om bildene vises OK.

Den aktuelle profilen gikk fortsatt ikke. Feilmeldingen lyder etter en lang pause: "Failed Saving Poster. We had an error saving your tree poster. Please refresh and try again. If this problem continues, please write help@geni.com."
Jeg prøvde også med en profil som gikk greit før 15/12, men også forgjeves. Det er ikke kommet noe mer fra help@geni på min "Ticket".
Jeg tar det med ro et par dager før jeg sjekker igjen.

Mike Stangel, could you check the logs on why Knut are not able to generate a poster? The last time he succeded was on the 15th December, luckily enough for some Christas gifts.

Private User, could you supply more details,- which chart and options did you use, and do you have an exact timestamp for your last test?

The last time I tried to-day was around 10 AM. I then tried to download the poster coming up as a default = of myself/wife and ancestors. I do not know why this comes up every time, maybe as it was the last I succceeded with before Christmas. As "tree focus" I used the option on top. I have also tried with different persons in focus but have seen the same then. I may show the screen pictures but I cannot see any way to send enclosures on this platform..

Thank you very much! It works! (a little bit slowly, but the result was fine). I had the downloaded file saved as a fine .jpg.
