Benjamin Barney - Benjamin and Sarah had only one son Nathan

It seems that an extra Nathan Barney has been added along with his wife and some descendants .They all seem to show only first initial last name and private. This is a problem since by duplicating Nathan Barney and Hannah Carey Barney it causes confusion in the Benjamin Barney family by making it appear there were two Nathens.

The profile manager of the extra Nathen doesn't respond to e-mail contacts and as manager of the main one I can't merge then without him. What should I do?

Unfortunately the manager of the other Nathan Barney profile, his third great grandson Ralph Dale Barney has not been online since February 2010, and there is not others who have access either.

Unless he respond by getting tagged in this message you could probably try the pre-internet method - make a phone-call?

Anyhow, the only thing you can do if you don't get any response is to go to his profile and report the account as abandoned in the hope that customer support at some time take a decision on what to do with connected abandoned accounts.
