Looking for any info on my Rearden family. i know they came from Ireland about 5 miles south of Dublin. There were 3 brothers and their families when they first came over in the mid to late 1800's. They settled into a valley in Kentucky that soon became known as Reardens Valley, now it is called Jacksonville. One of the brothers name was Jedidiah, he is my great grandfather. his son Oscar Newton Rearden was my grandfather and he was the first one of my direct family born in America. I know all 3 brothers had very large families, many children. i also know the land was sold off little by little until the children dispersed and went seperate ways. I know some of them stayed in the Kentucky area, but others left Kentucky. I know some of them went to Florida and Indiana. I dont know where any of the rest may have gone. I do know more if anyone needs to know it. Thank you in advance to anyone who has any info and is willing to share it with me.
