Emma Bissinger - I believe that Emma Bissinger never existed

Based on my research, there was a cousin named Emma born 18 Aug 1888 to Joseph Bissinger who lived about one day. There was not, as far as I know, a twin to Frieda Bissinger born 1 April 1888; I believe someone conflated the two records at some point and the error has been propagating from tree to tree.
