Sarah "Lizzy" married my 3rd great grandfather, James G. Ryan, and I am trying to learn more about them. I know that after Lizzy died, James returned to Wilmington, where his son's family was located, and boarded with his first wife's widow until he died. Any information at all would be appreciated. James is difficult to research... I don't remember how I got this information, but I remember learning that he was not raised by his parents.
