Those two records are same person, but the fathers name does not match the profile's fathers name, and secondly it is an obvious error in that familysearch registration because at that time Olsen simply means the SON of Ole. Just a classical fabricated fact made by people without knowledge of Nordic name traditions, probably because the baptism records simply does not contain a surname of the child.
First at the confirmation or marriage record you get a documentation for that, but the thumb rule is that most Norwegian women before 1923 did have a -datter name.
It is better to search for the original records.
