Hey, Michael! Are you aware that you can upload these webpages as documents instead of copying and pasting them, which can make them hard to read due to formatting loss?

Also, I don't see any mention on either page of those pages being public domain; in fact, I see a pretty clear "All Rights Reserved" note on the latter. You can learn about what is and isn't public domain at http://copyright.cornell.edu/resources/publicdomain.cfm

Private User one could make the case that most of data prior to 1920 would be public domain but i have since taken it down.. Plus i thought the upload document thing was broken it said in the tech difficuilty fourm

ashley also as much as people frown upon that they frown upon being spammed left and right and i thought rather then notify all 45 mangers of this profile in a msg of what i found.. i'd post it here also people tend to get really whinney (i will not name names and go into further detail) for example take issues with sources that are not their own and complain about not being consulted before things are changed and so on.

Michael, there's a difference between data and compiled data. That's where the public domain difference comes in.

Uploading documents doesn't notify all managers, so that's a good thing. I haven't been having any issue with uploading documents, but maybe that's just me.
