Garret sometimes the Geni application can be complex to use - I went to your profile, "following," checked revisions on a couple of profles - everything seems OK? Maybe your tree view?

Are you talking about Profiles deleted, or info in the About section, or info you typed into Events on the Timeline, or ??? (or combinations of which?)
