I am trying to identify a very prominent man of the Dower Family. I have 2 portraits which appear to be of a Bank Officer, or CEO, or a Political Figure or Lawyer. One is from circa 1890-1910, the other circa 1925-1930. His attire would suggest US residence. He was married. He may have collected coins. He may have lived in the Northeast, or perhaps in Kansas.
