Nope, not yet.
You can construct an URL to list MP's per curator, but I hope we can get lists over all MP's and also replace a specific curator name with a contact curators link to avoid that a MP is stuck because a curator is temporary inactive.
Practically I assume that you are interested in MP's in a specific area, independent of who is the curator, and you already have an option for that: Open a list, for example Family Tree on a profile, and if you take a closer look at the privacy options under Filters you can select Master Profiles to list the MP'sin that list.
Example, - the list of MP's in the family-tree of Charlemagne;

Hi Vicky
- the MPs are indeed supposed to "float to the top" of search results. Mike Stangel can you take a look?
- you can "filter" by MP.
- preferably the MP is connected to the "big tree" and everyone works hard to get that done. But sometimes a "notable" isn't "there" yet.
Sergio -
Wonderful question and I look forward to seeing the profile.
We have a discussion

for curators: my profile is good enough to be a Master Profile!
And we have a team of curators from Brasil
I am tagging two of them

Vicki Thomas, a Project to list Master Profiles might be a way to handle this.
In a Project we can list profiles and write comments about them. Other members who join the project can make comments about the profiles and change what is written about them. (Geni keeps track of who said what when, so we can go back and discuss things with each other and agree on what is correct about ancestors.)
I searched the Projects for "master' and found Master Profiles Progress It needs a paragraph at the top to explain what it is for and how we should use it. There is also a related project, Master Profiles Done.
