According to this website
http://www.steinschneider.com/reports/outline_15.htm
Wolf is Jitzak's grandfather.
Wolf is born ca.1700 & is the father of Gabriel born ca.1725 who is the father of Jitzak born ca.1750

I've put together a hypothetical outline report that connects several currently unconnected Steinschneider families from Prostejov, but I have no documentary evidence confirming that the top-level assumptions are true. That's the one cited by the two other posts:

The Rabbi Jacob Steinschneider (1782 - 1856), father of Moritz Steinschneider (1816 - 1907), was the son of Jitzak Steinschneider (abt. 1750 - 1798). Jitzak’s father was Rabbi Gabriel Steinschneider (b. abt. 1725). That information was researched by Anne-Marie Steinschneider (great-granddaughter of Moritz), and can be seen by itself here:

As I get a better handle on these towns, I can pretty much assure you that if they share the same, unusual, name, they are related, probably as brothers. it is better to show them as brothers than to pretend that they are unrelated. There is little harm done, since, as I am now demonstrating, just about everyone in the town is related to everyone else. So if not brothers, then cousins.

Ok. I entered in all the Prossnitz Steinschneiders from Phil's website. I corrected what I thought were errors, but probably added some of my own. Feel free to edit and correct, of course. Best would be to plug in the e-mails of people in the various branches so they can correct, add, upload photos, set privacy, etc. and watch the tree grow.
