This could be her family but if so, she is not the sister of David Sassoon Gubbay. I tend to think this might be accurate for Flora and there will be census records to verify.

There are also marriage notices and reports in the London Jewish Chronicle (Nov and Dec 1896) referring to her as the eldest daughter of the late M. S. GUBBAY of Shanghai and Bombay, and of Mrs. Gubbay, of 24, Queens Gardens, Hyde Park.
