I am looking to "grow" my family tree more roots. I'd like to know more about TW F's ancestors. He is my gr gr grandfather. Where did the Fieldings come from?

thomas w jr 1822-1897 came from thomas w sr 1792 (kentucky)- 1862 (florida) wife elizabeth (hunter)...thomas jr married mary (brandon)
born apr 1832 in stewart co tn and died columbia co fl jan. 23, 1873..
thomas jr served in the confederacy 3rd regiment, florida infantry
between 1861 - 1865...hope this helps....
