Hello, Private User
Thanks for joining Geni.
Unlike most other Genealogical sites, Geni is a collaborative effort. So, the people who initially had entries for Conrad (1767) may not have had too many details ... maybe because Conrad was the "spouse of" a distant relative.
You can see on Conrad's profile that there are three 'managers', which means the current profile information is a result of combining the information from at least 3 different users.
In fact, if you click the "Action" button (when viewing the full profile) you will see there are conflicting data -- which in this case appears to be a discrepancy around the birth date.
Ideally, someone has a real "Source" document (such as a copy of a family Bible page or similar) which can be uploaded via the Source tab on the profile, and then the birth date can be 'cited' with the correct value.
You may even be the person who has the best information on many profiles in this area, and can help to make sure the information on them is correct and that the family members and relationships are correct!
FYI: I just checked the relationships between Conrad and the 3 managers: one "is Conrad Wickiser's fifth great grandson", another "is Conrad Wickiser's fourth great granddaughter's husband", and the third "is Conrad Wickiser's wife's fourth cousin 6 times removed" -- so you may be the "closest" to Conrad.
Since you are not currently "connected" to the Big Tree (a.k.a. World Tree), I can't see your relationship to Conrad. Once you have a 'match' from one of your parents and/or grandparents which 'match' with one of the existing profiles on Geni for Conrad's descendants, then (when that match is "completed" a.k.a. 'merged') you will be able to help correct and better document the Wickiser branch on Geni.
Thank you for your attention to detail ... and caring about the information presented on Geni.
