William thomas Hewes, I - Born 13 years before his mother?

Something is missing here. I'm trying to find the connections between William Hewes I and Joshua Hewes and I just realized that if this is correct, William Hewes is 13 years older than his mother.

I do have information that says he was born circa 1650 (which would make more sense), in St. Paul's Shadwell, Middlesex, England.

That being said, I know everything below William Hewes I is correct (an that he was married to Deborah).
