Hello....can anyone please tell me how and why another person is allowed to access/manage/control someone else's profile without their permission? This person has the login information and has changed passwords and is now managing the profile...along with other people in the family, without anyone's permission. Geni has been contacted for weeks, and the person has been asked to stop...however...everything continues as is. Photos, following, etc....all is very creepy and stalker like. The email is no longer a current email, so requesting a new password will not work...as the other person has changed everything. This is in direct conflict with the privacy and fraud laws and Geni continues to allow another person to do this. How does a person close a file, if they can't even get access to it? How do we stop another person for continuing to manage this profile?????????? Please help.....
