Mahala would have then been my great grandpa James Cicero Plummer's half sister! james cicero's son Doyle Douglas Plummer was my fathers father. They were all from the May-Brown County, Texas (mahalas birthplace) she died 30, oct, 1979 in Pineville crook oregon after marrying Benjamin Cook and had son George Randolph Cook who died in Dec 1985.

(so george named his daughter mahala after his mother mahala reeves) so phoebe was originally pheobe osborne whose parents were Jane Hash (Hashe/nash) born of ann gumbrell and nicholas nash and ENOCH OSBORNE of Elizabeth Howard and EPHRAIM OSBORNE if i have done my research correctly.
