Being a Pro user Rita have the power to fix things herself, but she just needs some hints on how. The key to fix relationship connections are the Relationship tab under edit profile.
1) If you wait a while there will pop up options to cut connections
2) If you take a closer look the listed parents on a profile is a pull-down menu where you easily can move a profile.

This is by the way the tree she is talking about Albert Blake Cook
