Yes, I have been using it a while. Theresienstadt was the only concentration camp to issue death certificates, albeit with completely fabricated causes of death. My 2 great-grandparents' death certs appear here. You can also send them a photo to post on the person's record, which I did for Julie Schwarz Hahn, my g-grandmother. Another website that is proving to yield new info and people is Projectheart.

holocaust.cz only shows the victims and not the survivors. they can be found in the Terezin Memorial Books (Terezinka Pametni Kniha). I bought them several years ago in Prague, before so much went online. I can do lookups and of course translations.
