No, Malka, they are both in the European part of former Russian Empire/SU, but they are some 870 km away, and even in different states now.

Malka, taking into account that this project is dedicated to a particular location, probably it would be better to put the information about those Kamenkas that were NOT called Baehr into a separate project? The picture is also of Kamenka-Dneprovskaya, but I can't figure out how to remove it from here and add there.
@(Dmitry Eisner) Thanks so much for clarifying this issue.
Thanks to Private User I finally found out how to add or to remove pictures in a project.
1. You have to have a copy of that picture in your personal media file first.
When you click on the picture in its album, on the lower left hand side one of the options that appear is "Project".
Click it on and you have moved your picture to be the Projects feature image.
2. To remove, I guess, only the person who downloaded the picture as the project image can delete it using the very same method above, except this time when you click "Project", instead of choosing a project from the dropdown menu, you click on the very first blank line.
I have removed the image, and it would be wonderful if you could think of any appropriate image that might represent the Kamanke Baehr, and use it instead.
Anything else, please feel free to edit and remove whenever you need to.
