Who is supposed to be responding to PRO users question?

Why is there no response from Geni for a question submitted over a month ago regarding a problem that has not been addressed for over 1 1/2 years? Is anyone there to help PRO users? I give up and am very frustrated. Can anyone help? What am I supposed to do?

We are in the process of adding cs agents to lower the response time. I have found your ticket and will look into the issue with audio for your video's
