An idea! We’d like to list all the people who work on the SA Geni tree WHO ARE PREPARED TO OFFER HELP IN THEIR AREAS OF SPECIALITY ON THE SA TREE on the Welcome SAs Site:
http://www.geni.com/projects/South-Africans-Geni-Landing-Site-WELKO...
So, if you’re interested in participating, please just either:
*send us a note;
*or add your name to this discussion;
*or, get BRAVE and add your name directly to the page itself.
Include the languages you speak in CAPITALS, and those you can converse in, in small letters. Also include BRIEFLY the area/s of the SA tree you work in.
(PS And if you’re thinking about looking at getting a feel for what curatorship might involve – this is a good way to do it too).

I am researching the genealogy of the various [https://sites.google.com/site/sheldonza/ Sheldon families in South Africa]
I am also interested in building comprehensive trees for the following families: Fahrenfort, van Driel, Hitzeroth and Borcher.
I am also interested in researching the trees of:
- [Daniel Frederick Berrangé Brink, b7c5d2e3] (1842 - 1911)
- [Francis Burgess, SV/PROG] (1800 - 1878)
- [Alfred Dryden, I] (1820 - 1888)
- [Michael George Doubell, SV/PROG] (1800 - 1871)
- [Floris Petrus Stephanus Greyling, b3c4d8e10] (b. c.1848)
- [William Alfred Hampshire, Snr.] (1878 - 1945)
- [William Howard] (1776 - 1846)
- [Henry Jones] (1815 - 1878)
- [Charles August Petterson, I]
- John Sasman (1816 - 1866)
- [Francis Petrus Swanepoel, b6c6d5e5f2] (b. 1852 )
- [Timothy Norris Wood, Sr.] (1800 - 1843)
Wow! So quick! Thank you.
Okay, I've begun to add in the volunteers from both discussion threads to the page - please take a look and see what you think:

Private User, if you want your names as hyptertexts, you just substitute the name I've written there with the URL and a couple of spaces & then the descriptor you want in view, all in hard brackets:
ie for [Daniel Frederick Berrange Brink] (1842 - 1911) above
You write in : [Daniel Frederick Berrangé Brink, b7c5d2e3 Berrange Brink]
& it displays as a blue hyptertext link 'Berrange Brink'.
I've done exactly that for all our names on that page.
