Hi All,

I'm delighted to see this, and to be a part of it. I actually wrote a book (unpublished) about the Fleet. The book is called "In the Wake of the Dog Star" and has ship by ship lists of everybody who came out on the ship, along with their land grants, etc. A lot of my information about the people was kindly given to me by Mollie Gillen, who sent me her research documents way back in the late 1990s.

I have a particular interest in the ships, as my husband and I built scale models of them all, which are on permanent display in the Museum of Sydney, having been acquired by the Historic Houses Trust of NSW in 2001. I look forward very much to contributing to this project.
