my father fathered a son with another woman; how do i include my new sibling in my tree?

Add another "partner" to your father, then add a son to that "partner" - if it fails to show with correct parents, correct it in edit ( in "relationships" section). Also - in relationships - you can choose correct term you choose for their "relationship".
